When will my order arrive?
Pre-order shipping starts 1st December. We’ll email you a dispatch update so you know when to keep an eye on the door.
How and when do I pay?
Reserving is free. Before your order ships, we’ll email your invoice with secure payment details. Your items are held for you until then.
Is gift wrapping really free?
Yes. Every order can be wrapped in Christmas paper with a ribbon and gift tag at no extra cost. Add a note and we’ll tuck it in.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Hong Kong, and delivery is free on pre-orders. For overseas delivery, email lizzi@glitterandgore.hk and the elves will see what they can do.
Can I order several items or change my order?
Of course. Choose a quantity in the form, or reply to your confirmation email to make changes before your invoice is sent.
